About the position

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior-level Graphics Developer/Designer (Web Developer/Designer -OPAMS) supporting the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2) located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS and the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Responsibilities

  • Use U.S. Government-specified technology to produce or modify USCENTCOM J2 organization web, SharePoint pages, and templates.
  • Provide user experiences and user interface expertise for the development of interactive graphics and web products.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in professional graphics and design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Active Server Pages, Java Scripts, Apple Final Cut Pro X, and MS Office Suite.
  • Design/illustrate abstract ideas/concepts and graphically depict technical subject matter for visual presentations, web design, and administration products.
  • Determine the visual requirements for print, web, or other media and propose solutions to satisfy customer requirements.
  • Provide weekly progress reports to leadership, including status of ongoing and newly levied requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
