The position is focused on leading Linux Administration efforts within a results-driven, fast-paced environment. The role involves managing workstations and servers that support modeling, Data Science, and AI/ML initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting various environments while collaborating with specialized engineering teams. A significant aspect of the role is to support automation of deployments to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the program's Linux Administration efforts.
• Manage workstations and servers for enterprise applications supporting modeling, Data Science, and AI/ML.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot development, test, and production environments.
• Support automation of deployments to meet user needs.
• Collaborate with other teams with specialized engineering expertise.

Requirements

• Deep, practical experience with Linux.
• Expert level understanding of RedHat, Rocky, SuSE, and Ubuntu.
• Experience building and managing OS mirrors and repositories.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in a full stack product delivery environment.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation and DevOps scripting.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Java, shell, Python, Ruby, and PowerShell.
• Experience planning and documenting new deployments and capabilities.

• Knowledge of delivering storage solutions.
• Experience supporting DevOps Engineers/processes.
• Exposure to High Performance Computing and Nvidia systems.
