About the position

The Sr. Litigation Attorney specializing in Toxic Tort/Product Liability Defense will be responsible for managing complex litigation cases, providing strategic legal counsel, and representing clients in various legal proceedings. This role requires a strong background in toxic torts and product liability, with a focus on effective litigation strategies and client collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of toxic tort defense cases from initiation to resolution
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law relevant to toxic tort and product liability
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Represent clients in court, depositions, and arbitration hearings
• Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to gather evidence and prepare for trial
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations pertaining to toxic tort and litigation defense

Requirements

• Jurisdictions-licensed attorney with a minimum of 7 years of litigation experience
• Proven track record in toxic tort and product liability cases
• Strong understanding of litigation processes and defense strategies
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
