Senior Litigation Paralegal

About the position

The Senior Litigation Paralegal at NVIDIA plays a crucial role in supporting the in-house legal team by managing various aspects of pre-litigation, litigation, and regulatory matters. This position involves collaboration with legal counsel and business units, focusing on claims, disputes, and document management, while also contributing to the improvement and automation of legal processes.

Responsibilities

• Support in-house counsel in handling claims, disputes, litigation, third-party subpoenas, and government inquiries
• Assist in managing discovery, including the retention, collection, and production of documents
• Partner with Legal IT to improve and automate document collection
• Assist in managing eDiscovery vendors
• Maintain case files and records, including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• Monitor case calendars and dockets

Requirements

• Paralegal certificate and/or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience working in a law firm representing technology companies or in-house legal department at a technology company
• Excellent communicator with both internal and external constituents at all levels
• Creativity and independence in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional judgment
