The Sales and Marketing Director at Ivy Park at Oakland Hills is a pivotal role responsible for driving occupancy and enhancing the community's visibility in the senior living market. The Director will collaborate closely with the Executive Director and the VP of Sales to develop and implement a cutting-edge marketing strategy aimed at achieving budgeted occupancy targets. Every day, the Sales and Marketing Director will engage with prospective residents through phone calls and community tours, creating a welcoming environment that fosters connection. The Director will also be responsible for ideating and executing events designed to attract prospects to the community, as well as building relationships with local organizations and professional groups to enhance collaboration opportunities. This position is essential in promoting the community's values of authenticity, teamwork, compassion, commitment, and resilience, ensuring that these principles are reflected in all interactions with potential residents and their families. To be successful in this role, the Director must possess a strong background in marketing or sales, with at least three years of experience, preferably in outside sales. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience is required, along with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. The ability to stay organized and diligent in following up with prospects is crucial, as is proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Additionally, candidates must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB tests.
