About the position

The Senior Living Sales Manager at Brookdale is responsible for guiding families and older adults through the sales journey, partnering with local professionals to generate leads, and collaborating with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans aimed at meeting community revenue and occupancy goals. Responsibilities

• Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in.
• Work with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet community revenue and occupancy goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience, preferably in Senior Living.
• Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and electronic documentation.
