About the position

At Jaybird Senior Living, we are dedicated to providing exemplary red carpet service in all our endeavors. We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving and maintaining budgeted occupancy goals, which are crucial for the success of our community. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with our mission and values, ensuring that our services are effectively communicated to potential residents and their families. Your responsibilities will include managing an inquiry database to document all contact made with potential residents, ensuring that every inquiry is followed up in a timely manner, even during nights and weekends. You will prepare collateral materials for tours and marketing events, which are essential for showcasing our community and its offerings. Additionally, you will maintain and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all expenditures align with our strategic goals. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the Director and Health Care Coordinator to schedule assessments and move-ins, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents. You will also participate in local organizations and committees to strengthen referral relationships, which are vital for driving occupancy and enhancing our community's reputation. Responsibilities

  • Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy goals.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans.
  • Manage inquiry database documenting all contact made.
  • Prepare collateral materials for tours and marketing events.
  • Ensure inquiries are followed up within a timely fashion, including nights and weekends.
  • Maintain and manage the marketing budget.

Requirements

  • A degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications, or related area preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, public relations, and/or sales desired.
  • Experience working with marketing plans and external sales.
  • Hired candidates will be required to successfully complete a criminal background check, valid references, and other pre-employment practices as required by law.
