CACI has an immediate opening for a Senior Logistics Analyst with experience in Retail Operations and Retail Operations Management (ROM) AIS. This role involves conducting detailed troubleshooting of the Retail Operations Management System (ROM) III, reviewing and updating policies, and resolving ROM problems reported by CNSL ships. The Senior Logistics Analyst will perform monthly retail operations analysis of Continuous Monitoring Program metrics and ROM data to support readiness tracking of ship's stores accounts. Additionally, the analyst will provide direct shipboard supply assistance onboard USN ships and/or distance support to provide training and resolve ROM discrepancies reported by ships. The position also requires conducting ROM management training in both seminar and individual settings, assisting CNSL staff in creating and updating training curriculum, and providing subject matter expert support for the revision of TYCOM policies and instructions. The analyst will develop, analyze, and prepare follow-up reports to evaluate the effectiveness of retail stores operations. This role may require travel to fleet areas such as Rota, Spain, and Mayport, FL, to provide shipboard training.
