Join our Burlington Back of House/Receiving team as a Part-Time Retail Stocking Team Lead! In this role, you will be a vital part of our store's leadership team, playing an integral role in leading the Receiving Associates and supporting the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor. As a Retail Stocking Team Lead, you will work behind the scenes to ensure that our merchandise displays come to life, while also modeling the company’s Back of House Standards for the receiving and stocking team. Your hands-on approach and ability to lead by example will be essential in creating a positive and efficient work environment. You will be responsible for maintaining a neat and orderly stock, receiving area, and sales floor, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. This position requires you to coordinate meal and break periods for associates, monitor schedule adherence, and provide coaching and recognition to team members in real-time. Your strong leadership skills and problem-solving abilities will help drive positive results for the team and enhance the overall customer experience.
