About the position

The Senior Logistics Manager position within the PMA-290 Program Office focuses on supporting the P-8A Poseidon Ground Station Integrated Product Team. This role encompasses Integrated Logistics/Product Support (ILS/IPS), program management, and life-cycle management for the acquisition, fielding, support, and sustainment of the PGS. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of logistics and maintenance planning, as well as the ability to manage various logistics-related activities throughout the PGS lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support Integrated Logistics/Product Support (ILS/IPS) for the P-8A Poseidon Ground Station (PGS).
• Manage logistics-related analysis, requirements definition, planning, development, integration, implementation, and management support for PGS lifecycle evolutions.
• Assist in the development and updates to the PGS maintenance concept at Operational, Intermediate, and Depot-Levels.
• Support Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis efforts and Condition-Based Maintenance/Plus (CBM/CBM+) activities.
• Manage actions and procedures for acquiring, cataloging, receiving, storing, transferring, issuing, and disposing of PGS consumable/repairable spare parts and supplies.
• Participate in Integrated Logistics Support Management Team (ILSMT) reviews, Readiness Improvement Program Reviews, IPT meetings, and Maintenance Engineering Logistics reviews.

Requirements

• MS/MA degree, OR a BS/BA with an additional four (4) years of relevant experience, OR a HS Diploma/GED with an additional ten (10) years of relevant experience.
• Ten (10) years of logistics acquisition, sustainment, and/or aviation maintenance experience.
• In-depth familiarity with Naval Aviation Maintenance Planning, RCM, CBM/CBM+, and provisioning/sustainment of consumable/repairable spares.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Requires an active DoD Secret Level Clearance.
