Responsibilities

• Utilize OfferFit's Automated Experimentation Platform to conduct experiments and analyze results.
• Collaborate with team members to identify the right messages and strategies for customer engagement.
• Participate in team events and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Engage in mentorship and coaching opportunities to develop professional skills.

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis and experimentation methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
