This team is dedicated to efficiently delivering application ads on TikTok, pushing the boundaries of large-scale ads delivery systems, and leading innovations in personalized online advertising. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer on this team, you will have the opportunity to work on large-scale distributed systems and state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms. Your role will involve developing novel machine learning solutions for ranking, building scalable foundations, and launching various products that maximize the efficiency of deep funnel app ads delivery. In this position, you will be responsible for the development of a large-scale App Ads delivery system, focusing on improving its accuracy. You will explore multi-stage ranking models, conduct data analysis, and develop feature engineering. Additionally, you will participate in the innovations of core App Ads systems using machine learning models and ranking algorithms. Collaboration is key, as you will partner with product managers, data scientists, and the product strategy & operation team to launch new App Ads products and features.
