As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer on the Box AI team, you will have the unique opportunity to help capture a majority of this developing market and define what content management looks like for the digital enterprise. In this role, you will be at the forefront of artificial intelligence advancements, particularly in generative AI. With the help of new large language models and massive amounts of data, AI systems are now able to understand and generate content on an unprecedented scale. Box AI is a new capability that harnesses the power of these advanced AI models in the Box Content Cloud. As a founding machine learning engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building out our AI platform that will power these capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to work on the bleeding edge of machine learning and generative AI to make a significant impact on how billions of enterprise users get work done. Your responsibilities will include developing unique capabilities and applications using LLMs and other advanced machine learning techniques, conducting experiments including A/B testing and evaluations to measure performance, implementing and optimizing algorithms for improved accuracy, speed, and scalability, analyzing large-scale datasets for insights and improvement opportunities, and staying up-to-date with the latest research in generative AI and ML to apply relevant techniques.
