About the position

The Governance and Experience team of e-commerce is responsible for ensuring the safety and trustworthiness of the marketplace for users, sellers, and creators. This team values user satisfaction by developing policies, rules, and systems that ensure quality. We are seeking an algorithm technical manager who is passionate about customer experience and dedicated to building systems that detect various risks that could undermine platform trust. The role involves working collaboratively with a team to design and implement algorithms aimed at detecting and controlling risks and fraud in content, products, sellers, and creators. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with the strategy team, product managers, policy team, and operations team to define products and drive initiatives from an engineering perspective. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, and at least 3 years of experience in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision. Proficiency in software development using programming languages such as C++, Python, Go, or Java is essential. Experience in anti-fraud, anti-spam, or platform integrity is a plus. The candidate should possess a strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication and teamwork skills. Responsibilities

• Design and implement algorithms to detect and control risks and fraud in content, products, sellers, and creators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 3+ years of working experience in machine learning, NLP, or computer vision.
• Experience with software development in at least one of the following programming languages: C++, Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience in anti-fraud, anti-spam, or platform integrity is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility and good communication and teamwork skills.
