As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in the E-Commerce Risk Control team, you will play a crucial role in minimizing the impact of inauthentic behaviors on TikTok's E-Commerce platforms. This includes addressing various business risk areas such as account integrity, incentive abuse, malicious behaviors, brushing, click-farming, and information leakage. You will have the unique opportunity to engage with the company's strategic security initiatives, focusing on building scalable, robust, intelligent, and privacy-safe systems and solutions. The challenges you will face are not typical technical puzzles; instead, you will be part of a team developing innovative solutions to unprecedented challenges in a rapidly evolving product ecosystem. Your work will need to be fast, transferable, and grounded in making quick and impactful differences. In this role, you will be responsible for building machine learning solutions to respond to and mitigate business risks associated with TikTok products and platforms. This includes addressing risks such as abusive account integrity, scalpers, deal-hunters, malicious activities, brushing, click-farming, and information leakage. You will also work on improving modeling infrastructures, labels, features, and algorithms to enhance robustness, automation, and generalization, thereby reducing the modeling and operational load on risk adversaries and new product/risk ramp-ups. Additionally, you will be tasked with elevating risk machine learning excellence in areas such as privacy/compliance, interoperability, and risk perception and analysis.
