About The Position
Join the Royal Caribbean Group's Machine Learning Engineering team as a Senior Machine Learning / MLOps Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation and iteration of AI/ML solutions. This full-time position, based in Miramar, Florida, reports to the Manager of Machine Learning Engineering. Your responsibilities will include providing architectural guidance and development support, focusing on developing reusable frameworks, optimizing and refactoring code, scaling up ML solutions, and proactively testing for common issues that may arise in production environments. As a Senior MLOps Engineer, you will be embedded in a revenue generation or cost optimization project, ensuring its success in production by enhancing the code, creating automated CI/CD testing, and developing frameworks that can be reused for similar projects. You will collaborate closely with a project team that includes Data Scientists, Business Stakeholders, Analysts, and Data Engineers, contributing to the development of reusable feature stores for rules-based and AI/ML models. Additionally, you will implement monitoring capabilities for model performance and effectiveness in production, and automate CI/CD testing and deployments while incorporating MLOps best practices. This position requires a strong background in Software Engineering and DevOps, as well as a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in machine learning practices. You will also be expected to perform other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor or management, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment.
