Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction on corporate initiatives related to forecasting and inventory capabilities.
• Drive visibility to business performance by defining KPIs and how they will be measured and monitored.
• Provide data-driven insights and analysis to influence the development and deployment of tech capabilities.
• Collaborate to unify business processes, identify opportunities for automation, and scale best practices across the organization.
• Communicate effectively to build stakeholder engagement and influence cross-functional partners.
• Perform business and statistical analysis to understand performance drivers and predict outcomes.
• Prepare documentation to communicate recommendations based on research and data analysis.
• Support the implementation of process, systems, and tool solutions.
• Navigate ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders to improve business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field.
• 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field, or 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field.

Nice-to-haves

• Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis.
• Statistical programming languages (e.g., SAS, R).
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Statistics.
