You will become part of the product chapter of an Agile tribe working on CIB Credit Transformation programme; your primary area of focus will be the Advanced Analytics workstream. Credit Transformation is a key strategic agenda for CIB to uplift the core credit platform, drive end-to-end digitization and deliver a fully digitized, data driven Credit Origination model, leveraging internal & external data, and machine learning capabilities. We are a business-first team with diverse skillset across coverage, risk, product management and technology, who work with frontline and Credit SMEs to find AI and analytics driven solutions to business problems and are ably supported by BAs, ML engineers, developers, MLOps and QA testers from our squads. The Advanced Analytics workstream is a big part of this agenda, and works to leverage Machine Learning, NLP and visual analytics to deliver products that drive better business outcomes. Some work products delivered by the workstream include Early warning system to identify stress on corporate entities using SOTA ML algorithms and a multi-platform Decision Insights ML product (E2E incl. data ingestion, transformation, prediction, presentation). Upcoming work involves improving and evolving the Decision Insights model, using power of LLMs to enhance and automate the Credit processes; Adverse media screening and text abstraction/summarization for analyst reports, news articles and qualitative credit application writeups. Creating Intelligent assistant for Credit frontline staff using Gen AI models.
