About the position

The Senior Manager, Advice and Planning Development is responsible for developing and overseeing the strategy for customer engagement in workplace advice and planning. This role involves leading a team that engages customers through personalized consultations, aiming to expand relationships and deliver valuable experiences. The position requires a proactive leader who is passionate about coaching and building an organization focused on customer success and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive high velocity, high impact team towards exceptional results characterized by deepened customer relationships and delivery of planning referrals
  • Define customer engagement strategy and expectations and deliver strategy through ten impactful associates
  • Develop a new team, customer experience, and strategy across the Advice and Planning Organization to expand customer relationships and develop meaningful experiences
  • Lead through change management in a fast paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Review and assure quality for consultant interactions in a supervisory capacity
  • Ensure customer success through resolution of escalated issues, addressing and reducing errors, and achieving service level metrics
  • Enhance leadership and coaching skillset to progress career through larger roles within the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional work
  • 3-5 years of relatable industry leadership experience
  • FINRA S7, 63 & 24 registrations required within corporate-established timelines
  • FINRA fingerprinting required

Nice-to-haves

  • Demonstrated success in improving performance results at the individual and team level
  • Understanding of financial planning process and key engagement points to inject planner interaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and consultation skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and ability to learn new technology systems
