About the position

The Senior Manager, Advisor Services Analytics Consultant will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights for Schwab Advisor Services. This position is part of the Voice of the Client Analytics, Programs, and Business Optimization team, focusing on enhancing client and associate experiences through data-driven strategies. The role involves leading data analysis, automation, and storytelling projects, ensuring that stakeholders receive meaningful intelligence derived from client feedback and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and lead efforts to transform data into meaningful and actionable intelligence.
• Design, develop and maintain recurring reporting and data visualizations in Tableau.
• Leverage strong analytical and storytelling skills to summarize and deliver business intelligence to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and document business requirements.
• Partner with centralized data and technology teams to enable and deploy BI solutions to production.
• Manage a dynamic workload, including multiple deliverables while maintaining alignment with strategic priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Business Objects, Tableau, PowerPoint).
• 5+ years of experience with data management tools and coding languages (SQL, Python).
• Strong cross-functional working relationships with leadership, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
• Advanced degree or MBA.
• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry and/or a B2B environment.
• 5+ years of experience with statistical tools and analysis (R, SAS).
• 5+ years of experience with Client Experience and Voice of Client methodologies (survey methods, speech to text, topic taxonomies, interaction quality).
