About the position

The Senior Manager Analytics, Growth at Brigit is a pivotal role focused on leveraging data to drive user engagement and optimize marketing strategies. This position involves collaborating with various teams to develop user acquisition methodologies, create growth strategies, and enhance user experiences through data-driven insights. The role requires a blend of analytical expertise, business strategy, and leadership skills to manage initiatives and mentor team members in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive methodology for user acquisition attribution in collaboration with Marketing + Partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Product and the Head of Growth to create growth and retention strategies based on insights and inferences.
  • Help ideate and prioritize a roadmap of high-impact experiments.
  • Cultivate a scientific approach to testing and learning to unlock value quickly and reduce risk.
  • Work with data scientists to design and implement personalization strategies to improve activation and retention rates.
  • Create executive-level narratives of performance and progress towards targets.
  • Work with Brand, PR, and Finance teams to find key metrics that bring impact to life.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously across you and your direct report.
  • Help mature processes for analysis across the team, develop best practices, and foster collaboration.
  • Coach and develop your direct report and other junior team members.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in an analytics role with strong SQL and familiarity with Python.
  • 1+ years of experience managing individual contributors (ICs).
  • Successful track record of communicating qualitative and quantitative results succinctly for technical, business, and executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage collaborative relationships and influence without authority.
  • Experience framing ambiguous problems to drive efficient analytics inquiries and decisions with clearly defined tradeoffs.
  • Ability to break large projects into discrete pieces to delegate and/or reprioritize to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, scrappy work environment.
  • Strong sense of intellectual curiosity about users and products, balanced with humility, drive, and teamwork.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment, particularly in Consumer app companies in SAAS.
