As the employee population expands and diversifies, it is essential for the Talent Experience Operations (TEO) team to adapt and enhance the Talent ecosystem. This team is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of talent, including candidate, employee, and contingent talent journeys, while also focusing on Talent Analytics, technology strategy, and global programs such as benefits and employee health. The Senior Manager, Analytics for Talent Acquisition will lead a small team dedicated to developing a sophisticated reporting and analytics strategy aimed at optimizing recruitment processes and enhancing the candidate experience. This role involves collaborating with global Talent Acquisition (TA) leadership to deliver key recruiting metrics, analyze data for executive reporting, and forecast hiring needs based on historical data. The Senior Manager will also quantify the impact of various recruiting strategies, improve candidate satisfaction through data analysis, and ensure data quality across the organization. In this role, the Senior Manager will engage with key stakeholders across various functions, including Finance and Technology, to align and deliver TA Analytics initiatives that have a global impact. The position requires a strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions within the Talent Acquisition team.
