About the position

Join Siemens Healthineers as a Senior Manager, Angiography Customer Experience, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction within the angiography sector. This position is designed for an ambitious professional eager to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for managing the Angiography Customer Experience Reference Site Manager and float staff, ensuring that our reference sites align with current sales needs and support overall customer engagement and logistics for multi-modality and Angio equipment at strategic sites, reference sites, and customer experience centers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Angiography Customer Experience to ensure that our reference sites are effectively meeting the needs of our sales teams. You will also provide support to all other teams under the Customer Experience Team as needed, assisting in the management and execution of bimonthly zone calls to address customer experience needs. This position requires a strong leader who can drive the clinical team to achieve excellent customer outcomes while maintaining a focus on team orientation, communication skills, and customer orientation. As a Senior Manager, you will be working with cutting-edge technology, and thus, a willingness to learn about new software and hardware solutions is essential. You will also need to demonstrate strong organizational and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to schedule staff according to customer needs. Responsibilities

  • Manage Angiography Customer Experience Reference Site Manager and float staff.
  • Support overall customer engagement and logistics for multi-modality and Angio equipment at strategic sites, reference sites, and customer experience center.
  • Work with Senior Director of Angiography Customer Experience to ensure reference sites match current sales needs.
  • Provide support for all other teams under the Customer Experience Team when needed.
  • Assist in managing and executing bimonthly zone calls to support customer experience needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Prior people management experience.
  • Strong organizational/ prioritization skills.
  • Willing to travel up to 30%.
  • AART certification and experience in interventional imaging.
  • Good PC skills (MS Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive clinical team to achieve excellent customer outcomes.
  • Very good presentation skills in the customer environment.
  • Ability to schedule staff according to customer needs.
