About the position

The FCRM US Risk Assessment ABAC Senior Manager is responsible for leading the execution of Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) risk assessments within the Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) framework. This role involves governance, oversight, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. The Senior Manager will oversee a team, manage complex compliance programs, and provide strategic direction to enhance the organization's risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of ABAC risk assessments and support the delivery of business strategies and objectives.
• Oversee and lead a complex AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC function, managing critical program initiatives and handling escalations.
• Provide people management leadership, including hiring, setting goals, and managing employee performance.
• Develop a high-performance business oversight team and promote teamwork.
• Act as the key contact for business management, regulators, and auditors, addressing a broad range of issues.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects while focusing on long-term planning for the functional area.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree or professional accreditation preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience in financial crime risk management or compliance.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in leading risk assessment execution and providing credible challenge to stakeholder self-assessments.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• ABAC subject matter expertise.
