As a Senior Manager of Asset Management, you will provide analytical, research, and managerial support for a diverse portfolio of apartment homes. This role offers broad exposure to multiple facets of real estate investment, asset management, and financial analysis. You will partner with various internal teams-including Asset Managers, Investments, Development, Operations, Risk Management, Finance, and Data Analytics-to develop strategies that enhance long-term asset value, optimize performance, and drive portfolio growth.
