About the position

Boundless is seeking a Senior Manager of B2B Demand Marketing to drive pipeline growth and optimize marketing operations. This role is responsible for developing and executing data-driven demand generation strategies, optimizing marketing performance, and ensuring seamless operations to maximize impact. The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical marketer with expertise in demand generation, campaign management, and marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive high-quality leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and content teams to create targeted marketing programs aligned with business goals.
  • Optimize lead nurturing workflows, ABM initiatives, and inbound/outbound marketing efforts to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Manage marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) to drive efficient campaign execution and lead management.
  • Develop and implement lead scoring, attribution modeling, and performance tracking processes to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Oversee database management, ensuring data hygiene, segmentation, and enrichment to support campaign success.
  • Establish KPIs and build dashboards to track marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Provide insights on marketing spend efficiency, customer acquisition costs, and funnel optimization.
  • Partner with sales teams to ensure alignment on lead quality, SLAs, and conversion metrics.
  • Work closely with product marketing to craft compelling messaging and positioning for demand gen initiatives.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop engaging assets for campaigns.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, marketing operations, or related roles.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and data analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end demand generation programs and driving measurable results.
  • Ability to build and manage complex marketing funnels focusing on conversion and ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
