About the position

The MENA Catalysts is seeking a full-time Director to lead marketing and business development efforts. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing client acquisition, and overseeing project execution. The Director will work closely with senior management to build the internal organization and drive growth through innovative marketing and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the firm's marketing strategy.
• Create a client acquisition action plan.
• Orchestrate end-to-end digital campaigns including LinkedIn, Instagram, display ads, and influencer marketing.
• Manage the marketing budget and growth strategy.
• Build MVPs and lead generation strategies.
• Execute systematic business development strategies to scale sales growth and manage the lead generation pipeline.
• Produce business development proposals for market entry strategies for fintech or crypto clients.
• Drive B2B content creation that engages clients and showcases the firm's expertise.
• Lead project implementation after the first six months, focusing on Gulf government relations strategy projects for fintechs, crypto, and AI multinationals.
• Translate client priorities into work scope, budgeting, and governance for project delivery.
• Conduct sectoral and competitor analysis, tracking government relations licensing trends and competitor developments.
• Develop the firm's internal knowledge management system.

Requirements

• 10 years of diversified experience in IT products, SaaS, and B2B companies.
• Leadership skills and formal project management experience; entrepreneurial experience preferred.
• Strong team player with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Zapier, Google Data Studio, Canva, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, and Asana.
• High emotional intelligence and a passion for creating sustainable products and companies.
• Demonstrated content creation experience.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Highly developed proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and ChatGPT.
