About the position

The Manager / Sr. Manager of B2B Marketing at Blink Health is responsible for designing and executing scalable marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and communicate the value proposition of BlinkRx. This role involves campaign strategy, content generation, and B2B marketing execution across various channels to educate the market about BlinkRx's offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop product positioning, audience and channel strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Work with stakeholders to create engaging content such as white papers, case studies, blogs, videos, and webinars.
  • Create a marketing calendar and manage the development and deployment of content for biopharma partners and providers.
  • Design and execute growth campaigns to support new biopharma partnerships and product expansion.
  • Plan, organize, and execute key events like industry conferences and webinars to promote brand awareness.
  • Drive demand generation across the full funnel from awareness to conversion and post-sales engagement.
  • Manage the BlinkRx website and other owned channels, focusing on design, content, and performance.
  • Develop a proactive PR program, including writing press releases and driving thought leadership efforts.
  • Measure B2B marketing performance, manage the advertising budget, and recommend marketing tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SAAS or Pharma-Tech.
  • Proven track record of delivering and scaling marketing programs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience in crafting targeted messaging.
  • Direct experience in designing, executing, and measuring marketing strategies.
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to executive-level audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and project management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
