About the position

The Sr. Manager, Brand Consulting & Solutions will play a pivotal role in developing creative strategies and partnership solutions for Oak View Group's Global Partnerships. This position focuses on ideating and executing innovative ideas to support sales initiatives across various properties, while also contributing to the brand consulting arm of the organization. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller with a strong commercial acumen, responsible for crafting compelling presentations and partnership packages to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Ideate and develop world-class partnership platforms and innovative ideas for prospective partners across OVG properties.
  • Manage one Brand Consulting & Solutions Manager/Coordinator.
  • Develop sales tools for new business including client proposals, RFPs, Term Sheets, and prospecting sheets.
  • Collaborate with Creative Services on deliverables including sales presentations and marketing assets.
  • Articulate and present creative vision of integrated sponsorship presentations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to finalize asset packages for partnerships during negotiations.
  • Conduct brand research and analyze data to gain consumer insights.
  • Identify strategic growth opportunities for renewals and upsells of current partner brands.
  • Operate as an internal agency for the Global Partnerships team, developing creative solutions for projects.
  • Update documents for department use including Project Status Tracker and internal reference documents.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to report on ongoing projects.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate and/or graduate studies in marketing, business, sports business management, or communications.
  • 5-7 years of cumulative experience, including 2-3 years in partnership solutions or strategy.
  • Familiarity with or experience in sports, venues, music, or entertainment industries.
  • Experience with sports & entertainment sponsorship and developing creative solutions from brand briefs.
  • Demonstrated success in analyzing marketing strategy and developing innovative ideas.
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to understand brands' business models and identify solutions for KPIs.
  • Strategic and critical thinker, dynamic, analytical, and organized.
  • Highly driven self-starter, able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a trustworthy, loyal, and ethical demeanor.
