The Senior Manager, Brand Sales & Marketing fosters brand equity and visible value by consulting and supporting assigned hotels focused on property revenue generation, performance and operational effectiveness. The position develops meaningful hotel owner and operator relationships through authentic engagements. The position is responsible for a portfolio of existing and assigned new hotels' pre and post opening revenue development strategies and tactics. Partnering with hotel sales and operations leadership, the position is responsible for optimizing both revenue growth trajectory and velocity to heighten owner satisfaction with topline revenue delivery. The position consults, educates, and activates effective sales, marketing, and operational best practices to influence revenue growth.
