The Brand Tech Marketing team is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to enhance awareness and build brand associations with Capital One's technology leadership. This role will support our content and campaign teams with foundational strategies aimed at reaching our technologist audience with compelling messages. The Head of Brand Tech Product Marketing will serve as the go-to advisor for tech subject matter expertise, personas, and messaging, ensuring our marketing campaigns and content resonate with our technologist audience, which includes AI researchers, software engineers, SREs, and cybersecurity professionals. This position champions Capital One's tech capabilities and requires an expert understanding of our tech stack, digital products, and tech strategies. In this role, you will be expected to be a subject matter expert on key technology areas such as AI & Data, Infrastructure & Operations, Software Development, and Cybersecurity. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of Capital One's tech priorities as they relate to our technologist audience and leverage your expertise to drive campaign and content strategies. You will also identify internal materials and processes to enhance technical accuracy and audience understanding within the Brand Tech Marketing team. Additionally, you will develop insights based on industry trends and translate those insights into actionable recommendations that align with business objectives and drive tangible results. You will define and manage persona and messaging guides for our technologist audience, collaborate with various tech teams across product and marketing to surface compelling stories, and act as a coach and advisor to bridge knowledge gaps between technologists and marketers. Establishing partnerships across cross-functional teams will also be a key aspect of your role.
