The Senior Manager, Sales Strategy & Enablement at Walmart Connect is a leadership role focused on enhancing digital advertising and e-commerce strategies. This position involves driving proactive account management and providing insights and support to Agency, Media, and Channel partners. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders and a strong executive presence to build essential relationships across Sales, Operations, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides data-driven analysis and insights to support business strategies by evaluating ongoing analytical needs and collaborating with partners.
• Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs and developing business plans and priorities.
• Develops business strategies by recommending initiatives based on data and implementing processes to meet results.
• Advises on the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance.
• Drives processes across different areas of the business to ensure efficiency and compliance by establishing timelines and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• At least 6 years of work experience in a role requiring analytical skills, such as business analyst or data analyst.
• Ability to partner with internal technical teams to design and implement sales operations solutions.
• Proficiency in analyzing sales processes and mechanisms for performance improvement.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM systems and sales performance management.
