The Senior Manager, Sales Strategy & Enablement at Walmart Connect plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between supplier brands and retail shoppers through digital advertising and e-commerce. This position is part of a high-visibility team within Walmart, the world's largest company, and is focused on driving proactive account management, insights, and support for Walmart Connect's Agency, Media, and Channel partners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong executive presence and be adept at cultivating essential stakeholder relationships across Sales, Operations, and leadership teams. In this role, you will support the Partnership team in various areas, including measurement, performance, best operational practices, API support, and research opportunities. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to create a central framework, facilitate workflow, and manage change effectively. The position requires expertise in key sales support activities such as revenue routing, segmentation design, quota setting, opportunity pipeline management, annual account planning, goal setting, and organizational planning. The responsibilities include collaborating with leaders to design and document resource planning processes, ensuring data quality for measuring success metrics, and monitoring key performance metrics. You will also be responsible for constructing and maintaining core reports and tools that support changes in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, and presenting critical data in a useful format for Sales Leadership. Additionally, you will develop input and output metrics for evaluating progress, conduct ad hoc analyses, and support decision-making by specifying requirements for analytic capabilities. This role demands a proactive approach to addressing strategic questions and executing initiatives across cross-functional partners, all while maintaining a deep understanding of the business and its alignment with broader strategies.
