About the position

As a Senior Manager, Business Development Partnerships at HelloFresh, you will lead the Retail Media team in establishing and managing partnerships with various brands to enhance advertising opportunities. This strategic role involves pitching capabilities, maintaining client relationships, and managing a pipeline to achieve revenue goals. You will report to the AD/Director of Retail Media and collaborate with a team focused on sales, account management, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish a deep understanding of the HelloFresh business and product to drive partnership strategy.
• Shape best practices with emerging Retail Media opportunities and scale existing products.
• Identify high-value partnerships that align with the brand through brand research and prospecting.
• Support the revenue and non-revenue partnership funnel by pitching, sending proposals, and closing deals with external brands.
• Lead execution of legal agreements end to end, ensuring excellent service and compliance with requirements.

Requirements

• BA or BS, preferably in Business, Marketing, Management or related fields.
• 6+ years of experience in ad sales/retail media managing brand activation and partnerships.
• Experience in account management and project management.
• Experience working with consumer goods is a plus.
• Experience in an operations-based role managing complex projects.
• Experience supporting closing sales and negotiating contracts.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (VLookUps, Pivot Tables).
