Responsibilities

  • Adhere to and coach on company and regulatory retailer-supplier relationship processes.
  • Understand the suite of products, services, and solutions offered.
  • Engage with customers/sellers to leverage insights on their business/category.
  • Lead sales activities for products across markets and segments.
  • Articulate gaps in product features to leadership teams.
  • Guide team members on product-related communications and best practices.
  • Assess impacts of assortment mix and translate sales projections into development requirements.
  • Understand financial and business management terminology, metrics, and key performance indicators.
  • Analyze industry-specific financial challenges and trends.
  • Diagnose financial realities, identify opportunities, track performance, and forecast changes.
  • Perform advanced analyses to inform decisions and maximize ROI.
  • Communicate business impacts to diverse audiences and ensure understanding.
  • Drive execution of multiple business plans and projects, remove barriers, and develop contingency plans.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates through training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, business, finance, marketing and sales, healthcare, or related area and 4 years' experience in business development, market development, healthcare, or related area.
  • 6 years' experience in business development, market development, healthcare, or related area.
