About the position

Responsibilities

  • Drive the seamless integration of new businesses into the company's ecosystem, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, values, and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of proven track record of success in business development, strategic planning, and leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and management abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving business growth.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial principles, market dynamics, and industry trends, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, and to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Power BI, Excel; programming in Python is desirable.
