About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering on a set of ambitious company-level business objectives that are crucial for the growth and adoption of USDC within the Web3 ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on establishing strategic partnerships with organizations across the Web3 space, which includes blockchains and DeFi protocols, to drive the adoption and growth of Circle's suite of products and services. You will execute and oversee commercial deals with various organizations, ensuring that these partnerships align with the company's goals and objectives. You will also be tasked with creating, operationalizing, and owning a robust growth program aimed at maximizing ROI across Web3 ecosystem initiatives. This involves originating and managing a large portfolio of opportunities, driving pipeline momentum, and developing comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans for key initiatives. Identifying opportunities to validate beta products will be a critical part of your responsibilities, as will cultivating a team culture that emphasizes high integrity, collaboration, customer focus, and a metrics-driven approach. Establishing and maintaining strong executive relationships with key decision-makers in a wide range of Web3 organizations will be essential. You will coordinate the development of new programs, resources, and capabilities required to close new business opportunities and achieve company-level OKRs in the region. Regular reporting and superior communication on vital KPIs, metrics, and revenue forecasts will be part of your routine, ensuring that the company remains aligned with its strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on ambitious company-level business objectives.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with organizations across the Web3 space to drive adoption and growth of USDC.
  • Execute and oversee commercial deals with organizations across various Web3 segments for Circle's products and services.
  • Create, operationalize, and own a robust growth program to maximize ROI across Web3 ecosystem initiatives.
  • Originate and manage a large portfolio of opportunities, driving pipeline momentum and developing comprehensive GTM plans for key initiatives.
  • Cultivate a team culture that is high integrity, collaborative, customer-focused, metrics-driven, fast-paced, and optimistic.
  • Establish and maintain strong executive relationships with key decision makers in Web3 organizations, including blockchains and DeFi protocols.
  • Identify and coordinate the development of new programs, resources, and capabilities to close new business opportunities and achieve company-level OKRs.
  • Regularly report on vital KPIs, metrics, and revenue forecasts for the region.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Business Development and Sales experience.
  • Professional and technical knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and win high-impact strategic deals with a C-level audience.
  • Exceptional leadership experience with proven ability to onboard and train employees.
  • Excellent pipeline management and ability to prioritize across a wide range of initiatives to maximize business growth.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English.

Benefits

  • Base Pay Range: $175,000 - $225,000
  • Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
