About The Position
As a Business Intelligence Manager of Financial Data Reporting, you'll effectively lead and coordinate our teams to support multiple business functions. You'll manage our analytics and operational reporting processes from development to implementation, including responsibilities like compiling operational status reports, and overseeing projects and strategic initiatives. More specifically, you'll collaborate with operational leaders to deliver valuable reporting tools and analysis and facilitate initiatives that help drive team effectiveness. You will lead and coordinate business intelligence analysts to build and maintain reporting to operational leadership on staffing, budgeting, compliance, and performance results. Additionally, you will drive innovation in data engineering practices and stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in business intelligence, data analytics and engineering, evaluating their potential impact on our service delivery and recommending adoption where appropriate.
