About the position

In this role, you will lead initiatives and collaborate across teams to inform decisions related to prioritization, investment, and other ongoing business priorities. Your efforts will enable insights and enhance decision-making velocity in support of our transformation at Dynatrace. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives that drive alignment and develop projects that can scale globally, driving change and achieving results. You will facilitate continuous process improvement by analyzing related data and identifying opportunities to improve business outcomes. This includes defining best practices for business process optimization, requirements definition, and conducting current and future state analyses to build a compelling business value case. You will determine the optimal resource mix for effective project delivery and own the operating rhythm of the Marketing business, which includes managing quarterly business reviews (QBRs), annual planning, and all-team calls. Additionally, you will recommend revisions to existing metrics and measurements, partner with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Marketing Leadership to ensure that budget spending aligns with strategy and delivers maximum return on investment (ROI). You will also own urgent priority tasks critical to Dynatrace's success and find the right home for them. As a champion of a culture of shared ownership, constant transformation, and urgency, you will create leaders in everyone around you.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years championing organizational change (leading change to people, process, and technology transformation).
