About the position

The Senior Manager, Business Outcomes Monitoring at CVS Health is a strategic leadership role focused on overseeing the technological data flow of the Payor solutions portfolio. This position requires collaboration across various teams to ensure that products are performing as expected and to drive continuous improvement in monitoring processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare leadership and will be responsible for developing proactive monitoring processes, maintaining strong relationships with product and technical teams, and ensuring effective communication of technical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and technical teams to understand product design and data flow for end-to-end delivery.
• Develop and execute a proactive monitoring process for data flow to ensure technical performance meets expectations.
• Create requirements for dashboards and automation to provide near real-time monitoring of product data movement.
• Review data flow across various levels including portfolio, product, vendor, and client to support standard and customized product versions.
• Identify ways to synergize monitoring processes across products to increase efficiency and reduce redundancies.
• Continuously improve monitoring processes to adapt to innovations and changes in data flow.
• Monitor technological key performance indicators and communicate product health to partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a Healthcare leadership role and/or higher education.
• 1 year of experience working with a geographically diverse team of primarily Work-from-Home colleagues.
