About the position

The Senior Manager, Business Process Delivery for Cell Therapy SAP Implementations at Bristol Myers Squibb is responsible for leading and delivering solutions that enhance manufacturing capabilities. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to support supply chain planning projects, ensuring effective execution of manufacturing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with IT and other process domains to support Cell Therapy.
  • Identify and manage timelines, resources, and tasks during all phases related to Supply Chain planning projects.
  • Lead continuous improvement opportunities for Supply Chain planning processes.
  • Act as a community expert for manufacturing and planning processes and their execution in planning systems.
  • Lead solution designs impacting Warehouse management, production planning, and manufacturing, focusing on eWM Cell Therapy requirements.
  • Write test plans, conduct quality assurance (QA) testing, and support user acceptance tests (UAT).
  • Engage actively with business partners and community members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or Engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience in a supply chain or manufacturing environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • 8+ years of ERP implementation experience using SAP.
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain organization or IT delivery team enabling manufacturing or supply/production planning.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Expertise in eWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
  • Familiarity with SAP PP, MM, WM, QM, SD, BM, and CO Product Costing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
