About the position

The Senior Manager, Change Communications at Mars is responsible for leading communication strategies that support organizational change initiatives. This role focuses on ensuring effective messaging and engagement with stakeholders during transitions, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration within the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging during change initiatives.
• Create communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, and digital content.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to support change management efforts.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in change communications or corporate communications.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
