About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for driving change management for the commercial workstream of one of the largest transformations within our organization. This transformation, centered around SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning, is a multiyear initiative that presents a significant opportunity to enhance and optimize our business capabilities in alignment with our Vision 2030. Our selective transformation approach focuses on reviewing processes to identify opportunities for harmonization, improving user interfaces, and creating a digital core of interconnected systems. As a change partner, you will be accountable for the change management of your workstream, collaborating with leaders to craft a compelling change narrative and case for change. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing change management strategies and plans, identifying and assessing the impacts of change on the organization, and designing strategic interventions to facilitate successful transitions. You will also play a crucial role in building change management capabilities within the organization and coaching project stakeholders to ensure effective implementation. Monitoring and measuring the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies will be key to your success in this role. We are looking for someone who is not only passionate about driving change but also possesses the resilience to navigate ambiguity and continuous challenges. Responsibilities

  • Act as a change partner and be accountable for change management of your workstream.
  • Work with leaders to create a compelling change story and case for change.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
  • Identify and assess the change impacts to the organization.
  • Define, design, and execute strategic change management interventions.
  • Support building change management capability and coach project stakeholders.
  • Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies.

Requirements

  • 9+ years' experience managing change initiatives in a global corporate environment.
  • Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge, experience, and exposure to best practices in change management.
  • Creativity and experience using latest communication and learning tools.
  • A passion for change and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • SAP S/HANA implementation exposure highly preferred.
  • Exposure to commercial processes highly preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Change management certification preferred.
