SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation is a multiyear journey and provides a significant opportunity to transform and optimize business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030. Mondelēz is proceeding with a selective transformation approach, which means reviewing processes for opportunities to harmonize them, improve user interfaces, creating a digital core of systems that talk to each other, and more. This role will be remote but must have the ability to go into office when needed in our East Hanover, NJ. or Chicago offices.

Responsibilities

• Act as a change partner and be accountable for change management of your workstream.
• Work with leaders to create a compelling change story and case for change.
• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
• Identify and assess the change impacts to the organization.
• Define, design, and execute strategic change management interventions.
• Support building change management capability and coach project stakeholders.
• Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies.

Requirements

• 9+ years' experience managing change initiatives in a global corporate environment.
• Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge, experience, and exposure to best practices in change management.
• Creativity and experience using latest communication and learning tools.
• A passion for change and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
• SAP S/HANA implementation exposure highly preferred.
• Exposure to commercial processes highly preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Change management certification preferred.
