About the position

The Senior Manager, Change Management at Mondelēz International will lead the change management efforts for the Finance workstream of a significant transformation initiative involving SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning. This role is crucial in ensuring that changes are embraced, adopted, and sustained throughout the organization as part of the company's Vision 2030. The position requires collaboration with leaders to develop compelling change narratives and execute effective change management strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a change partner and be accountable for change management of your workstream.
  • Work with leaders to create a compelling change story and case for change.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
  • Identify and assess the change impacts to the organization.
  • Define, design and execute strategic change management interventions.
  • Support building change management capability and coach project stakeholders.
  • Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies.

Requirements

  • 9+ years' experience managing change initiatives in a global corporate environment.
  • Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge, experience, and exposure to best practices in change management.
  • Creativity and experience using latest communication and learning tools.
  • A passion for change and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • SAP S/HANA implementation exposure highly preferred.
  • Functional knowledge of Finance processes highly preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Change management certification preferred.
