About the position

The position involves working within the Enterprise Technology HR team to create and execute change management strategies that support Fidelity's technology talent strategy. The role focuses on driving human behavior change through effective communication and engagement, ensuring a best-in-class experience for stakeholders during transitions in processes and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage change management methodologies to create and execute strategies that maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Draft compelling content for change communication and learning tactics to enhance engagement experiences.
  • Provide consulting and insight to business partners and stakeholders on change management approaches and messaging.
  • Establish change management standards and resources for the Enterprise Technology HR team and support training initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of change management experience, particularly with high-priority initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of human resources and talent strategy complexities.
  • Outstanding written communication and storytelling skills for drafting change communications.
  • Good leadership presence with the ability to influence and problem-solve effectively.
  • Skilled in program management and planning of change management workstreams.

Nice-to-haves

  • PROSCI, CCMP or other industry change management certification.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience.
