About the position

The Senior Manager of Gastroenterology Clinic Operations is a key leader within the Swedish Medical Group, responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple Gastroenterology clinics and endoscopy suites. This role focuses on developing and implementing management and patient care systems to ensure cost-effective and high-quality operations. The manager will lead a team of supervisors, administrative coordinators, clinicians, and caregivers, fostering relationships and partnerships across various healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of 6 GI clinics and 5 endoscopy suites.
• Manage a team of 4 supervisors, 4 administrative coordinators, and 60 clinicians.
• Facilitate process implementation for improving clinic operations.
• Build relationships and maintain partnerships with primary care clinics and hospitals.
• Advocate for team and facilities to ensure quality patient care.
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including executive medical directors.
• Implement management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or business.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare management or clinical operations.
• Demonstrated progression into increasingly responsible leadership roles.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Previous multi-specialty clinic management experience.
