About the position

The Senior Manager - Cloud Migration at CVS Health is responsible for leading complex programs related to software, hardware, infrastructure, cloud migration, and data center management. This role focuses on driving innovation and managing program risks while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Senior Manager will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic insights and manage a portfolio budget that spans business and IT operations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver large complex programs related to software, hardware, infrastructure, cloud migration, and data centers.
  • Manage program and portfolio risk, roadmap delivery, and sprint planning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex risk landscapes into actionable insights.
  • Partner with CVS/Aetna leaders to re-engineer end-to-end processes.
  • Orchestrate migration of complex large applications, ensuring adherence to healthcare mandates.
  • Manage a portfolio budget that includes annual planning, resource capacity, and roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of portfolio/technical program management experience in healthcare.
  • 7+ years of experience executing complex projects including software applications, SaaS, infrastructure, and cloud migration.
  • 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring project managers.
  • Expertise in building roadmaps and dashboards in PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years' experience with Agile or Scrum frameworks.
  • Experience with GCP and Teradata is a plus.
  • CSM Certificate is a plus.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry, IT systems, networks, and applications is a plus.
  • Experience presenting delivery roadmaps to C-suite and executive leadership.
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory mandate projects involving PHI, PII, SOX, PCI.
