The Senior Manager, Card Acquisitions, is a pivotal member of the U.S. Co-brand Card Acquisitions team at American Express. This role is essential for driving portfolio growth for American Express Co-brand Card products, particularly in enhancing member loyalty and engagement with Marriott's brands. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with external bank partners and agencies to develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels aimed at acquiring new cardholders. In this role, the Senior Manager will lead initiatives to grow the U.S. Co-brand Consumer Cards portfolio, focusing on affluent and small business audiences. Responsibilities include developing a comprehensive product growth plan and marketing roadmap for the Marriott Bonvoy American Express Co-brands. The Senior Manager will work with internal teams and bank partners to coordinate testing, analysis, reporting, and forecasting, utilizing insights to implement innovations that enhance revenue and portfolio growth. The position also involves delivering innovative channel marketing strategies, managing digital acquisition campaigns, and optimizing offers to target the right audience throughout the customer lifecycle. The Senior Manager will oversee the relationship with Marriott Vacations Club and lead marketing efforts across key channels, ensuring that campaigns meet acquisition KPIs. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to support business strategies and communicate effectively to achieve project goals. The Senior Manager will be responsible for building and strengthening the Marriott Bonvoy U.S. credit card portfolio, driving new cardmember growth, and contributing to the overall marketing plan with insights on competitive opportunities.
