About the position
The Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics at Travere Therapeutics will play a crucial role in enhancing the capabilities of the Commercial Operations and Analytics team. This position involves analyzing the company's products, markets, and competition to support the growth of FILSPARI and its potential approval for other indications. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to gather and analyze data, providing insights that inform strategic marketing and sales decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead key analyses for assigned business questions, focusing on areas such as launch performance and promotion evaluation.
- Partner with IT and commercial operations to ensure data acquisition and delivery meets analysis needs.
- Participate in vendor selection and manage projects/analyses with attention to detail, reporting progress to leadership.
- Recommend and apply statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, or predictive models to evaluate hypotheses and uncover insights.
- Interpret and synthesize findings to develop actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of advanced analytics techniques and secondary data sources in healthcare.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and leverage multiple data sources to uncover insights.
- Experience in translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience in rare disease and nephrology is a plus, but not required.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with launch performance analysis.
- Familiarity with promotion evaluation and tracking methodologies.
